AGS have just completed the prestigious installation of windows and doors to the Great Western Hotel, Newquay. The newly refurbished hotel is set in the heart of Newquay in a prominent position overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. St Austell Brewery, the owners of the Hotel contracted AGS to provide PVCu vertical sliding windows, which closely matched the existing wood windows in this historic landmark building.

The advantages of the vertical sliding window system are that the PVCu window offers the benefits of a modern efficient weather proofing with the aesthetics of a traditional wooden window. The weatherproofing was especially important based on the prominent position of the hotel facing the Atlantic Ocean.
